Are you ready to take your property management career to new heights? Join PMC, a leading owner, operator, and developer of multifamily real estate. We're expanding our team and seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of our vibrant Wesley Chapel portfolio. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our Property Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring our buildings provide residents with a safe, welcoming environment they can call home.

About PMC Property Group:

PMC Property Group (PMC) is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, with a rapidly growing portfolio in secondary and tertiary urban markets along the east coast.

The Assistant Property Manager assists in the day-to-day operations of the property management team and assists the Property Manager in the management of the portfolio's buildings, residents, and staff. Their duties and responsibilities often include:

Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager in daily property operations and resident management.
Conduct daily morning meetings to coordinate property activities.
Oversee cleaning and unit readiness processes, ensuring efficient turnover.
Coordinate with leasing teams to maintain high occupancy rates.
Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleanliness and address maintenance issues promptly.
Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with property accounting team on financial reporting.
Program building access systems and maintain resident communications.
Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
Manage move-out processes and prepare units for new occupancy.
Process rent payments and handle resident inquiries professionally.
Administer resident utility charges accurately and efficiently.
Conduct parking audits and maintain accurate records.
Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years on-site Management Experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in property management software preferred.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
Must be able to frequently move about the inside of the office, residential building corridors, and apartment units.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
