Skilled Recruiter — Dynasty Employment Solutions
Location: Commerce, CA 90040
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexible hours and occasional Saturdays as needed

About the Role

Dynasty Employment Solutions is looking for a results-driven Skilled Recruiter to join our staffing team in Commerce, CA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using Indeed to source, screen, and place candidates in skilled trades. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your ability to build relationships and move quickly directly impacts our clients' success and our candidates' careers.

What You'll Do

Source and recruit candidates for skilled trade positions, including operations, maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, and similar roles
Live in Indeed daily — searching resumes, spotting hidden gems, and turning them into qualified leads
Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline to meet ongoing staffing needs
Consistently meet daily and weekly hiring and submission goals
Run phone screens that quickly get to the heart of a candidate's skills and fit
Coordinate interviews and keep clients in the loop every step of the way
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records throughout the recruiting process

What You'll Need

Must-have: Real experience using Indeed to source and recruit candidates
A proven track record in recruiting (staffing agency background is a big plus)
Previous recruiting experience, ideally in skilled trades, manufacturing, or industrial staffing
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up game
Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
Sharp instincts for screening skilled and technical candidates
The energy and grit to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
Bonus points if you're bilingual in English/Spanish
