DENTAL FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR — HELP US KEEP OUR PATIENTS SMILING!

Are you organized, friendly, and great at making patients feel welcome? Do you know your way around dental insurance, claims, and accounts receivable? You may be exactly who we are looking for!

We are hiring a full-time Front Office Administrator to support our Fresno and Auberry dental practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, solving problems, keeping details organized, and helping the entire office have a successful day.

Dental front-office experience is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who can balance professionalism with warmth and understands that an outstanding patient experience begins at the front desk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Keep patient information accurate and organized
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit, track, and manage dental insurance claims
Follow up on outstanding and denied claims
Manage accounts receivable and outstanding balances
Post insurance and patient payments accurately
Help patients understand billing and insurance information
Support the daily schedule and front-office workflow
Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and teammates
Protect patient confidentiality
Work independently while also being an active member of the team
Work at both office locations according to the weekly schedule

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Previous healthcare front-office experience
Dental front-office experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance plans, eligibility, and benefits
Experience managing dental claims and claim follow-up
Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and management
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Excellent customer-service and communication skills
A positive, solutions-focused attitude
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Confidence using computers, office software, and electronic patient records
The ability to multitask without losing your smile
Dependability, professionalism, and reliable transportation

YOUR TYPICAL WEEK

Monday and Wednesday: Auberry, CA 93657
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Fresno, CA 93720
Full-time position
The schedule or assigned location may occasionally vary based on practice needs

PAY AND BENEFITS

Starting at $19.00 per hour
Final pay is based on experience, qualifications, and skill set
