Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership and communication skills to oversee the administrative operations of our office.

Responsibilities
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks effectively

-Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping

- Plan and coordinate meetings

-Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office

-Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette

-Support the team with general clerical tasks as needed

-Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPPA regulations

-Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies.

-Maintain state insurance licensing.

-Engage in training with current and new employees.

-Any other duties set forth by management.

Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

-Strong communication skills both written and verbal

-Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

- Previous experience in event planning is a plus

-Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

-A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential.
