Full Job Description

Values Into Action is hiring a Quality Assurance & Improvement (QAI) Coordinator position.

This is a hybrid/remote position; candidates are required to reside in the Commonwealth of PA and have reliable transportation to travel within PA as needed.

The Quality Assurance & Improvement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the systems and processes that ensure high-quality services and effective employee development. In this role, you will coordinate training records, quality assurance activities, compliance documentation, reporting, and other operational processes that help services remain person-centered, well documented, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable using technology and data systems, able to work independently, and committed to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Review service notes and other documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
Support referrals, authorizations, discharges, and employee enrollment processes.
Create and organize QAI reports and provider monitoring materials.
Monitor and coordinate employee qualification, training, clearance and credential tracking.
Monitor compliance requirements and qualification timelines.
Manage training records and learning-related documentation.
Coordinate learning and meeting logistics including scheduling, registration, and communication.
Support workforce development initiatives through data, reporting, and administrative coordination.
Maintain systems, dashboards, and records related to employee qualifications and learning and service utilization.
Assist with audits, licensing reviews, and quality improvement activities.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts and organizational leaders to support learning and development efforts.
Act as a learning partner by facilitating learning opportunities and supporting organizational development initiatives as requested.
Keep procedures, training materials, and shared resources organized and up to date.
Support QAI projects and other quality improvement work.

Why This Role Matters

The QAI Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring that learning, qualifications, compliance, and quality systems remain organized, responsive, and effective. By coordinating these critical functions, this position helps create the infrastructure that allows employees, teams, and leaders to focus on delivering high-quality supports and services.

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a criminal history free from convictions that could pose a health and safety risk for people supported.
Become educated on all services Values Into Action provides, including completing required certifications when applicable, such as Supports Broker certification.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year of experience working with people with disabilities and/or related human services experience; a comparable combination of related experience and education will also be considered.
Ability to work as part of a distributed workforce, with travel as needed. This is a remote position that requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Reliable transportation to travel in or around Pennsylvania, as needed, which may include a valid driver’s license, vehicle, safe driving record, and/or use of public transportation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in writing, orally, and electronically in a way that embodies the organization’s core values.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools.
Tech savvy with the ability to work in various software systems, including Adobe, CRM, HRIS, learning management systems, and other systems, as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
