Branch Manager – Roofing

Austin, TX | Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity

Lead the Growth of Our Austin Roofing Branch

Are you an experienced roofing professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build high-performing teams?

Remedy Roofing is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow our Austin market. This is an opportunity to take ownership of branch operations, develop a talented sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive continued growth in one of our key markets.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands the roofing industry, knows how to coach sales professionals, and can turn business goals into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin branch while working closely with the executive team to achieve sales, operational, and financial goals.

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard qualified team members.
Train, coach, and develop sales and branch personnel.
Conduct regular sales meetings and communicate company goals and expectations.
Monitor individual and branch performance and provide ongoing feedback.
Establish a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Identify staffing, training, and resource needs and develop plans to address them.

Sales & Business Growth

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and productivity.
Monitor sales performance and help the team achieve branch goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and sales performance.
Identify opportunities to expand the branch's customer base and market presence.
Collaborate with leadership on marketing, advertising, and growth initiatives.

Branch Operations

Oversee daily branch workflow and operations.
Help ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with internal teams to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience.
Collaborate with executive leadership on branch strategy and business planning.

Community & Brand Development

Represent Remedy Roofing professionally in the local community.
Participate in community events and activities that support brand awareness.
Build relationships with homeowners, business partners, and other local contacts.
Help strengthen the company's reputation and presence throughout the Austin market.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven leader who can balance people management, sales performance, customer service, and business operations.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of management experience.
3+ years of roofing industry experience.
Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
Strong understanding of roofing sales and operations.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong sales and customer service abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and delegate effectively.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to climb ladders and perform job-site or roof inspections when required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
