Part-Time Weekend Concierge
Hillsbrook Village Senior Living Community
Allenstown, NH

Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
7 hours per week total
Hourly | Non-Exempt

Position Summary
The Weekend Concierge serves as the welcoming face of our senior living community during evening hours. You will provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff while helping ensure a safe, organized, and pleasant environment.

This role focuses on front-desk operations, communication support, and light administrative tasks. It is not a lead or management position.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk and Customer Service

Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Monitor visitor access and follow community safety procedures
Respond to routine questions and requests, escalating concerns when needed
Support resident satisfaction through courteous and attentive service

Administrative and Office Support

Perform basic front-desk administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Update communication boards and posted materials as directed
Assist with mail delivery and parcel coordination

Communication and Safety

Relay messages accurately and promptly to appropriate staff
Follow established emergency and safety protocols
Maintain strict confidentiality of resident, family, and employee information
Adhere to HIPAA and company privacy standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, calm, and courteous demeanor
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability required

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift
Ability to use standard office equipment
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
Work in a standard senior living and office environment
