Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized, smart person to lead our administrative and operational functions with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily office activities, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in office management within a dental office. Duties

Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
Oversee scheduling management for staff and appointments, coordinating calendars efficiently to optimize productivity.
Supervise administrative staff, providing training, development opportunities, and ongoing support to foster a motivated team.
Coordinate meetings, staff functions, and activities to promote engagement and team cohesion.
Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll , and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Manage budgeting and bookkeeping tasks to track expenses, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy aligned with organizational goals.
Support dental office management duties including compliance with healthcare regulations, patient record filing, and front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a dental office
Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
Proficiency in Open Dental preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding, training & development initiatives.
Familiarity with dental office procedures and front desk operations.
Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
