Full Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant/Chiropractic Assistant, you are the face of the company and work directly with patients. We are seeking people who have a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, a good attitude, and who are skilled in handling a wide array of duties and competing priorities. The ability to communicate, work with computer software, stand for long periods of time, handle patient education, assist with physical modalities and attention to detail is required. X-ray skills are a plus. Due to the nature of healthcare work, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality are crucial.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist new and current patients, do patient check-ins and check-outs, collect money, and schedule appointments.
Do progress re-assessment scans and x-rays.
Build lasting relationships with prospective and current patients.
Enter patient information into the electronic health record system.
Manage the patient flow during busy times in the clinic, answer phones, and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
Communicate and conduct business in a professional code of conduct.
Open and close the clinic, securing the equipment and loose items before locking up.
Provide requested reporting to Curis as needed.
Support social media campaigns.
Engage in Curis as a supportive and cooperative business partner.

Qualifications:

Chiropractic Office Experience PREFERRED
Decompression and Shockwave therapy experience PREFERRED
Passion for helping others to improve the quality of their lives.
Highly motivated and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must enjoy talking with people including children and keeping patients' health information confidential.
Ability to walk, squat, lift up to 30 pounds, and physically assist others.
Ability to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual communication is a plus.
Ability to use a computer and medical office software.
Must be 18+ to be considered for this position.
Must have transportation to and from work.

Job Type: Full-Time (Hours Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Total: 34+ hours)
