Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC operator to join our dynamic team in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality precision parts that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service and innovative products.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate machining
Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments
Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T principles
Experience with CNC milling machines
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Mechanical knowledge with problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
