About the Opportunity:

We're looking for an Account Manager to drive growth across the Philadelphia, PA market by building strong relationships with equipment dealers and supporting hospitality businesses.

This is a relationship-focused commercial role responsible for developing dealer partnerships, growing market presence, and helping customers access flexible equipment financing solutions. You'll work closely with equipment dealers and their sales teams to identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and support deals through to successful funding.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to territory management, and the ability to develop business opportunities across a broad geographic region. You'll be supported from day one with structured onboarding, on-the-job training, and ongoing coaching from a collaborative and experienced sales team.

In this role, the key responsibilities include:

Build influential relationships with equipment dealers, becoming their trusted partner for flexible Rent-Try-Buy financing, and day-to-day point of contact.
Grow the dealer network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners in your market.
Support and enable partners by training dealer teams on Rent-Try-Buy and how to position it effectively with customers.
Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to strengthen engagement and uncover growth opportunities.
Assist dealer sales teams in integrating SilverChef financing solutions into their everyday sales process.
Drive deals forward by working closely with partners to progress opportunities through to successful funding.
Collaborate internally with Customer Support, Credit, Funding, and Operations teams to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Stay active in the market through regular in-person meetings, networking, and ongoing partner engagement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

1+ year of experience in hospitality (e.g., server, bartender, or other front-of-house roles), with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
Experience in sales, account management, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence influencing customers and partners both face-to-face and virtually.
Demonstrated ability to identify, progress, and support commercial or sales opportunities.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage a territory.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
A genuine interest in sales, business development, and helping customers succeed.

Preferred Experience:

Experience within the foodservice equipment industry and/or working with dealer networks.
Demonstrated success managing and closing B2B sales opportunities.
Experience managing a territory and developing customer relationships across a broad geographic region.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel locally, including occasional overnight stays

Compensation:
Base salary + monthly commissions + semi-annual bonus + car allowance
