We are seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating with attention to detail
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities
Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of meals
Contribute to the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, including cleaning and organizing work areas after shifts

Experience

Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar food industry role, preferably in fine dining or restaurant environments
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices
Experience with meal preparation for diverse dietary needs
Skilled in knife skills, food presentation, and portion control
Background working in catering or food service settings is highly desirable
Prior kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
