Landscaping Sales Representative

About ProEthic Building Services

ProEthic Building Services is a growing commercial building services company serving businesses throughout the Phoenix metro area. We are known for delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and creating a professional, team-oriented culture where every role contributes to our success.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated Landscaping Sales Representative to grow our commercial landscaping business by developing new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business.

The Role

As a Landscaping Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and developing new commercial landscaping opportunities throughout the Phoenix market. You will prospect for new business, meet face-to-face with prospective clients, walk commercial properties, identify landscaping needs, and develop proposals that align with the customer's expectations and budget.

This is a hands-on B2B sales role for someone who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, conducting site walks, presenting solutions, and asking for the business.

You will work closely with our internal operations and landscaping teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service and help build long-term, successful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new commercial landscaping business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
Contact prospective clients by phone, email, text, social media, and in-person outreach
Conduct face-to-face meetings with commercial prospects and decision-makers
Walk prospective customer properties to assess landscaping needs and service expectations
Understand customer budgets, challenges, and priorities
Develop and present customized landscaping proposals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities in the CRM
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Collaborate with operations and landscaping partners to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction
Develop long-term relationships that support customer retention and additional sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Proven inside and/or outside B2B sales experience
Strong face-to-face B2B sales experience required
Demonstrated experience prospecting and generating new business
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and close new business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Experience using a CRM to manage prospects and sales activity

Preferred: Previous sales experience in commercial landscaping, facility services, property management, or a related B2B service industry.
