Full Job Description

Key Responsibility

Accounting & Finance:

Post and Manage daily financial transactions, including journals, invoicing, and payments
Reconcile all accounts regularly to ensure accuracy
Prepare and issue customer invoices; monitor and follow up on accounts receivable
Process accounts payable and maintain vendor files
Support quarterly sales tax filings
Maintain an organized and compliant policies and procedures

Office Administrations & Operations:

Receive, track, and organize incoming shipments
Schedule customer appointments and manage office calendar
Preform light purchasing supplies, materials, and equipment as approved
Monitor inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Assist with prospecting activities, including door hanging in new housing developments

Desired Qualifications:

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and GAAP principles
QuickBooks experience required (Minimum 3 Years)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and writing skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, problem solver, and able to manage multiple tasks
Experience in window covering industry is a plus

Job Details: 25-30 hours per week, with the potential to increase as proficiency grows.

Rate: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:30pm

Location: In person at home office in Marina, California

Work authorization: United States (Required)
