Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Energetic Full-Time Receptionist at Senior Care of Marion! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a compassionate, fast-paced environment. If you thrive on engaging with people, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and creating a positive first impression, this position is perfect for you! Bring your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and office expertise to help us deliver outstanding care and support to our community. 7:45 am - 4:15 pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who contacts or visits us
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all records
Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction

Experience

Proven office experience with a strong background in front desk responsibilities and administrative support
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer literacy
Prior experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office management is essential
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent phone etiquette along with clerical experience such as proofreading, filing, and document handling
