Full Job Description

Visiting Angels has been providing Family Solutions and Personal Care Assistance Since 2004 and is one of the area's leading and locally respected leader of non-medical home care services.

The Care Coordinator/Office Administrator is responsible for the coordination of services between clients and caregivers, for the implementation of schedules, adequate staffing and continuity of care to best meet the needs of the clients.

We prefer candidates who have 1 years of experience preferably in a healthcare setting with employee relations, staffing, office administration or a patient care background . This position can be either full-time or part time depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS - JOB KNOWLEDGE, PERSONAL ABILITIES:

The ideal applicant should have a background in Healthcare, Direct Patient Care, Employee Relations, Office Administration or Human Resources. Experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Proficiency in Customer Relations, Employee Relations and Compassion Is Essential
Applicant must be available to provide on-call support during non-office hours. (Team Shared)
Applicant must have the ability to assist with staff, clients, their family members and our referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.
Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, and yearly work
Computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
Geriatric care experience helpful, but not necessary
