Full Job Description

We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Assistant who will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting our account management team, coordinating client projects, and helping deliver a responsive and organized client experience. Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Respond to routine client questions and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
Assist with collecting campaign assets, access credentials, business information, and approvals.
Help organize client information, agreements, assets, and campaign details
Create and update tasks, notes, and project documentation
Coordinate projects and requests across account management, paid advertising, web, content, and other internal teams
Identify missing information or potential delays and communicate them to the appropriate team members
Follow up with clients on approvals, assets, agreements, and outstanding information.
Provide clients with timely updates on projects, requests, and campaign activity.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, proposals, agreements, and strategy decks.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
Help create a responsive, organized, and positive client experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
Candidates with one to two years of administrative, customer service, project coordination, or client-facing experience will also be considered.
Entry-level candidates with strong communication and organizational skills with digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Marketing agency experience is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional and confident client communication skills.
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable following up with others
Experience with a CRM and project-management platforms is a plus.
Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Local Services Ads, CallRail, or other digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Location

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Columbia, Maryland office, with occasional travel as needed.
