What First Breach Inc. is looking for:

First Breach Inc. is seeking skilled technicians with manufacturing and mechanical equipment experience for the operation and ongoing oversight of production lines. Every employee will receive the necessary training to become familiar with the company’s manufacturing process.

Expected Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand the operation of the equipment
Maintains a correct record keeping system to ensure production efficiency meets company standards
Understands the functions and processes for efficient operations
Performs start up procedure for equipment
Completes all duties and responsibilities following company safety and environmental policies
Communicate with machine technicians to determine needs
Maintains a safe and clean work area
Works in a safe and orderly manner always
Obeys plant, department and area rules and regulations and proactively encourages other team members to do so
Obtains, maintains and wears or uses all necessary safety equipment as directed by work instructions or area supervisor
Attends shift, department and plant meetings in a timely manner as directed by supervisor(s)

Required Specifications & Qualifications:

High School diploma, G.E.D. certificate or recognized equivalent
3+ years manufacturing experience
Must not be a convicted felon or otherwise restricted by law from handling or using ammunition/firearms
Responsibilities - Daily tasks as required
Supervision received - Direct oversight by Shift Supervisor(s)
Mental and physical demands - Standing, lifting, carrying, speaking, listening, motor coordination skills
Confidential data -Access to intellectual property which must remain confidential and cannot be reproduced

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; extreme heat; and vibration. Eye protection in the form of approved safety glasses with side shields or approved safety goggles is required. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and requires hearing protection to be worn in the work area. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) can be provided.

Physical Demands:

Vision correctable to 20/20 with normal color vision, depth perception and peripheral vision
Ability to wear ear plugs, earmuffs and a half-mask type respirator
Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs unaided
Ability to stand or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
Ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, bend or extend reach as required to perform tasks
Ability to grasp and feel small parts with both hands.

The applicant will be able to work a 2-2-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts. This schedule follows a 14-day rotating cycle: the employee works two days, has two days off, works three days, has two days off, works two days, and then has three days off before the cycle repeats.
Must not be a convicted felon or otherwise restricted by law from handling or using ammunition/firearms. If this does not apply, enter N/A
