Are you looking for a positive, encouraging work environment? Customer Care Administrative Assistant Support is an excellent full-time and part-time opportunity.

What You Will Do As a Customer Care Administrative Assistant at Stephen Ministries:

· Provide high-level service and present a friendly, caring demeanor to our ministry partners over the phone and via e-mail

· Provide operational support across multiple departments

· Data entry, maintain records, and other clerical work

· Operational tasks such as packing and invoicing

· Grow into other areas of interest such as in-house documentation, writing and editing, and market research

All employees receive initial training in customer and administrative support. We then work with them for continued training in their areas of interest. The workday of a Customer Care Administrative Assistant involves a variety of tasks, including:

Consulting with ministry partners from around the world over the phone and by email, supporting them in their ministry through our training, books, and materials for ministry
Supporting our live, interactive online training events
Working on various projects and tasks supporting the organization and its mission.

In addition, those in this role may have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in work areas such as:

Writing, editing, and publishing
Adult education
Communications and marketing
Market research
Public support and development
Developing new resources, graphic design, and videography
Information technology
