Administrator / Showroom Manager

Location: Southern Rhode Island

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

($58,000 – $65,000 annually)

Position Overview

As the Office Administrator and Showroom Manager, you are the operational and customer-facing hub of the business. You will manage showroom activity, coordinate office operations, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer from first contact through installation.

This role requires STRONG organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Showroom Management

Greet and assist customers entering the showroom with a professional, welcoming approach
Help customers navigate product options and provide basic design guidance
Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries

Sales & Order Support

Schedule in-home consultations, installations and showroom appointments
Track and follow up on open orders and customer requests
Coordinate resolution between sales, install teams and customer.

Operations & Administration

Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workspace
Use company systems to: Schedule Appointments, Generate Quote, Place Product Orders, Track Deliveries and installations.
Coordinate with vendors, installers, and sales team to ensure timely project completion

Problem Solving & Communication

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary
Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and office systems

Qualifications

2+ year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology platforms
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Preferred:

Experience in retail, home services, or design-related industries
Familiarity with scheduling, quoting, or project coordination
