Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our health-focused, fast-casual operation with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and optimize financial results. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in food service management to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service, fostering a positive and energetic work culture.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met consistently.
Manage all aspects of POS system to facilitate smooth transactions and accurate reporting.
Supervise inventory control procedures to minimize waste, prevent theft, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
Implement and monitor food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Conduct staff training sessions focused on food production, customer service excellence, food safety, and operational procedures.
Oversee shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet customer demand during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, reconciliation, and deposit preparation.
Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and resolving any customer concerns promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards.
Manage budgeting activities by controlling costs related to food, labor, supplies, and equipment.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing staff to build a competent team aligned with company goals.
Monitor restaurant performance through sales analysis and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support catering events as needed to diversify revenue streams.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
Hands-on experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Experience in staff training & development along with effective shift management abilities.
Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Familiarity with catering operations is a plus; hospitality experience is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
