Full Job Description

You know what's frustrating?

The more experience you gain, the less control you seem to have over how you actually work.

This firm takes a different approach.

You'll have a say in your workload, half day Fridays throughout the summer, and outside of busy season the team returns to a 40 hour week.

This is a 25 person CPA firm where you'll work closely with Partners, build genuine client relationships, and see far more than one small piece of the puzzle.

The client base includes small businesses, agriculture, trusts, estates, and individual clients, so the work stays varied. You'll review returns, support year end accounting, help clients understand what their numbers are actually telling them, and continue building your review experience rather than getting stuck preparing returns forever.

Whether you work remotely, in a hybrid setup, or from the office, you'll be trusted to manage your time while staying connected to the team.

With Partner retirements already on the horizon, this isn't just another Senior Tax Associate role. It's a genuine opportunity to step into more responsibility now and position yourself for Partnership in the future.

Public accounting tax experience
Experience reviewing individual, business, trust, and estate returns
