Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing excellent customer support.
Handle all front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments.
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in communication.
Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution.
Maintain organization of the reception area and administrative files to promote efficiency and professionalism.
Provide bilingual support when needed to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Uphold phone etiquette standards by answering inquiries promptly and professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
Strong proofreading abilities for accurate document preparation.
Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to support diverse clientele.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style.
Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
