Position Summary

We are looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused team members to join our fast casual restaurant team. As a Front of House Team Member, you are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering excellent customer service, accurately handling transactions, and ensuring every guest has a great experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering hospitality with speed, accuracy, and positive energy.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
Resolve guest concerns with a positive attitude
Create a clean, friendly, and inviting dining environment

Cash Handling & POS

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments
Maintain an organized and balanced cash drawer
Handle online, pickup, and delivery orders

Food Service & Operations

Prepare and deliver to tables - drinks, toppings, and front-line items as needed
Maintain cleanliness of dining room, beverage station, counters, and restrooms
Restock supplies and keep front-of-house stations organized
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Assist team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Teamwork & Culture

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-line staff
Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and leaders
Arrive on time and ready to contribute each shift
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Support a team-first environment where every position matters

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
