About the Role:

As the first voice our customers hear, you'll set the tone for their entire experience with us. Our Receptionist keeps the phones running smoothly, helps customers navigate everything from bidding questions to payments, and keeps the office organized behind the scenes. If you're outgoing, patient, and love helping people, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service

Answer incoming calls throughout the day and respond to customer questions with patience and a positive attitude.
Help customers set up online bidding accounts and answer basic questions about bidding on personal property auctions.
Answer basic real estate questions and direct callers to the right team member when needed.
Take payments and schedule pickups.

Office Support

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for customers calling in or visiting the office.

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing and comfortable spending the day on the phone.
Patient, kind, and a genuine team player.
Strong typing skills and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Outlook.
Great attitude, even when handling a high volume of calls.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
