Position Title – Facilities Procurement Manager

Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - USD 60/hr - USD 65/hr

Hybrid Schedule M,Wed, Thur in office Tue/Fri Remote

Location -GLEN MILLS, PA 19342

Plans to convert to full time employee by end of the year, based on performance

Ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally.

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Category Manager to oversee procurement and vendor management for site services supporting manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include category strategy, supplier relationship management, sourcing, contract negotiations, cost savings initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage approximately $68M in site services spend across the Americas.
Negotiate and manage vendors providing services such as grounds maintenance, piping support, waste management, food service, and other site-related services.
Develop and execute category sourcing strategies.
Manage supplier performance, conduct quarterly business reviews, and identify alternative sources.
Partner with operations, technology, business units, and other stakeholders.
Lead procurement projects and drive cost savings and productivity initiatives.
Negotiate and implement supplier agreements.
Improve total cost of ownership and procurement compliance.
Create and maintain e-sourcing events and catalogs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Procurement or Category Management experience, including On-Site Services.
Experience with procurement e-sourcing tools.
Experience working with senior leaders in a global matrix organization.
Experience with source-to-contract procurement processes.
Strong negotiation skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams.
ARIBA experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, service-oriented mindset.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glen Mills, PA 19342
