Full Job Description

We are looking for a full time friendly personality who has dental office experience in presenting treatment plans with confidence, coordinating appointments, updating charts, collecting patient portions, and insurance verifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries

- Verify and update patient information. Dental insurance verifications, update benefit tables in Open Dental software.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Checking patients out and collecting proper co-pays
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing claims, data entry, and managing patient records
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and efficient scheduling

Qualifications:

-1 year dental office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental administration is a plus
- A strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, data entry, insurance plan verification and tables updates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a multi Dr. practice with poise
