Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists who want to become stronger, sharper, more complete clinicians.

This is not a narrow, repetitive clinic job. At Reddy Care, you treat real patients with real functional problems across outpatient and home-based settings: orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, balance, fall-risk, geriatric, gait, mobility, and functional rehab.

Our goal is simple: help OTs grow into higher-level clinical thinkers.

As AI and technology enter healthcare, the most valuable therapists will not be the ones who just follow protocols. They will be the ones who can assess, reason, adjust the plan of care, communicate clearly, make sound clinical decisions, and guide patients through complex recovery.
