Full Job Description

Our client, a leader in innovative food equipment manufacturing, is seeking a Fabrication Tech to join their team. As a CNC Fabrication Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Automation Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Fabrication Tech

Location:Plano, Texas

Pay Range: DOE

What's the Job?

Design, fabricate, and build solutions & systems for automated kitchen equipment
Perform hands-on testing and root cause analysis (RCA) as needed
Modify and improve hardware based on test results
Maintain 5S standards and shop organization
Engage in rapid prototyping to support product development

What's Needed?

3+ years of fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic CNC and laser cutting setup and programming experience preferred
CNC press and welding experience is a plus
Hands-on approach with a passion for building, prototyping, and testing solutions
Experience in restaurant, QSR, or food equipment industries is advantageous
