Full Job Description

As a Water Damage / Mold technician you will handle projects within the insurance water damage restoration industry. You’ll collaborate with internal team members, vendors and clients as you will be responsible for providing internal status updates, photo documentation of jobs beforehand and perform the proper job protocols.

To qualify, you must be upbeat, motivated & have a history of working well with others and clients and be solution-oriented. Experience in the restoration industry is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Work on projects on time and on schedule, and meet client expectations.
Provide internal status updates and ensure senior team members are aware of challenge and also be able to be comfortable to work in challenging situations, where you may need to help with labor intensive tasks if a deadline needs to be met.

Able to lift 50lbs, good mannerisms, upbeat, able to navigate from job to job, loacted within Northern/ Central NJ. Good Hygiene. Willing to learn more and maybe move to become Cheif Crew Leader.***IICRC Certified (The Clean Trust) is a major plus!*******Knowledge or background in Construction is great too.Ability to operate company vehicles such as large box trucks
Enthusiasm for the agility, flexibility, and unpredictability of working at a small company. Ability to work long hours, and physically fit to perform labor intensive tasks.
