Summary:

Provides administrative leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the practice and ambulatory operations and the Healthcare System.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of budgets and reviews financial results with physicians on a monthly basis.Monitors practice performance and provides support to practice and operations directors to ensure performance standards are achieved.Collaborate with Physicians in monitoring efficient practice operations and ensures operations are standard.Provides assistance to practice and operations directors on compliance and governmental regulations.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelors (Required)

Additional Job Information:

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and exceptional leadership skills. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Travel to multiple practices and hospital facilities required.Required Work Experience: Seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience required.Other Information: For education requirement a Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s is preferred.Additional Education Info: In a job related field
