E-commerce Manager

A fast-growing beauty company in Miami is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to take ownership of the brand's entire digital commerce ecosystem.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys building exceptional online experiences. Someone who thrives on improving websites, increasing conversion rates, optimizing customer journeys, collaborating with developers, and continuously finding opportunities to elevate every digital touchpoint while preserving the brand's identity.
Working directly alongside the CEO and Marketing team, this individual will lead the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce operations while helping guide the company through its next stage of growth. They will oversee the website experience, digital marketing performance, merchandising, conversion optimization, and technical execution, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and vision of the brand.
The ideal candidate has significant hands-on experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce businesses, understands both the creative and technical sides of digital commerce, and enjoys combining strategy with execution. They should feel comfortable collaborating with developers when needed, making website improvements independently whenever possible, and taking full ownership of the brand's online performance.
This person will have the support of an in-house creative team, marketing leadership, photographers, designers, content creators, and external partners. Their role is not to do everything themselves, but to also being hands on, as well as lead, coordinate, improve, and elevate every aspect of the online customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Own and manage the company's Shopify website and overall e-commerce experience.
- Continuously improve website performance, usability, aesthetics, and conversion rates.
- Maintain product pages, collections, product descriptions, navigation, and merchandising.
- Work alongside developers to prioritize new features, resolve technical issues, and improve functionality.
- Independently implement website updates and basic front-end changes whenever possible.
- Monitor website health, customer journey, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through testing, analysis, and continuous improvements.
- Oversee digital merchandising and ensure products are presented in a compelling, brand-consistent way.
- Manage, own, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, email marketing, and other digital acquisition channels alongside internal and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to launch campaigns, collections, and promotions.
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, traffic sources, and campaign results to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint while preserving the visual identity and positioning of the brand.
- Build dashboards, reporting systems, and KPIs that provide visibility into e-commerce performance.
- Stay current on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices that can improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations for a consumer brand.
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
- Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), merchandising, customer journey optimization, and website analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Shopify theme customization, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and implement simple website updates independently.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
