Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to support our event sales and coordination team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with leads, provide tours of our facility, schedule appointments, and assist in converting inquiries into bookings for our event space. This person will also be involved in the planning phase for the milestone events we host. This involves communication with booked clients to iron out details of their event as well as communication with our vendors. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with potential clients as well as current clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads and schedule site tours or meetings with potential clients.
Provide information about the venue, answer client questions, and highlight event offerings.
Maintain a detailed log of lead interactions and follow-up tasks in our system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to booking.
Follow up with leads to encourage conversion and confirm appointments.
Interact with current booked customers and assist in the planning of their event
Book and interact with vendors and event staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls to potential clients.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and appointments.
Basic computer skills.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
