Build Your Insurance Career With a Growing South Florida Agency

Ramco Insurance is seeking motivated, bilingual insurance professionals who want more than a traditional service position.

We are building a high performing Personal and Commercial Lines sales team and are looking for licensed agents who are ready to increase their production, expand their insurance knowledge, and build a long term career with an agency that is actively growing.

This is a sales focused opportunity for individuals who are comfortable communicating with clients, following up consistently, asking for the business, and working toward ambitious income goals.

Our agents have access to multiple carriers and insurance markets, allowing them to quote a wider range of risks, provide clients with more options, and pursue opportunities across several lines of business.

Compensation and Earning Potential

Expected total annual compensation: $95,000 to $300,000

Compensation is based on individual production, sales performance, experience, and results.

Qualified agents may have the potential to earn:

$1,500 to $2,000 or more per week as production increases
Uncapped income potential for high-performing producers
Additional earning opportunities through cross-selling and Commercial Lines production

The upper end of the compensation range is intended for experienced, consistently high-producing agents and is not guaranteed.

The compensation structure and production expectations will be reviewed during the interview.

What You Will Do

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities while helping individuals and business owners identify appropriate insurance solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound calls and responding to new insurance inquiries
Making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients
Gathering accurate information needed to prepare insurance quotes
Quoting, presenting, and selling Personal and Commercial Lines policies
Explaining coverage options, deductibles, discounts, and policy terms
Following up with prospects through phone, text, and email
Building strong client relationships that support retention and referrals
Identifying cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
Maintaining detailed notes and accurate records in the agency system
Meeting individual activity, sales, and production expectations
Working closely with leadership to improve performance and closing skills

Agents who begin in Personal Lines may have the opportunity to advance into Commercial Lines production.

Qualifications

Active Florida 440 or 220 insurance license—REQUIRED
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
Confident discussing pricing and asking clients for the business
Organized and able to manage several opportunities at once
Professional, dependable, and accountable
Receptive to coaching and performance feedback
Motivated by goals, growth, and income potential
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

Experience

Insurance sales experience is valuable, but we are also interested in speaking with:

Personal Lines agents ready to learn Commercial Lines
Customer service representatives with strong sales ability
Experienced producers looking for stronger markets and growth opportunities

Applicants must currently hold an active Florida 440 or 220 license.
