Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional front desk agent to join our medical office team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with clerical duties such as organizing and saving documents to patient's charts, referrals to other providers, checking in and checking out patients.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with patients and colleagues.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in office management practices and administrative procedures is essential.
Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to customer service excellence.
Familiarity with phone systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
