Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated Project Development Admin to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do!

At DCL, we value positive attitudes, quick thinking, and professionalism. As a PD Admin, you’ll provide vital support to our Project Development and Estimating teams, helping to streamline operations and boost the department’s capacity to grow revenue.

You'll organize and maintain CRM data and project files and assist the Executive Assistant with scheduling, logging new projects and change orders into the project management and sales systems, assist in administration of client contracts, and perform other duties as the role grows. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys taking initiative to solve problems and keep things running smoothly.

Administrative Experience: Prior administrative experience is required, ideally in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
CRM & Organizational Skills: Experience maintaining CRM systems and project files with accuracy and efficiency.
Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Independent & Proactive: Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and solving problems without constant supervision
Time Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized under pressure
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook; Dynamics and C365 a plus); quick to learn new software
Industry Exposure: Previous experience in construction, estimating, business development, or design is highly preferred
Sense of Humor and Pride in Work: Maintain a positive attitude and take ownership of your role and responsibilities
Flexible and Patient: Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to remain calm and focused under pressure or changing circumstances
