Full Job Description

Margaret W. Wong & Associates is a busy immigration law firm. We are recruiting a bilingual administrative assistant/receptionist. Full time. Must be a native Spanish speaker. Must be able to discuss legal terms and strategies related to immigration with Spanish speaking clients.

Bachelors degree in any field preferred.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of admin and receptionist support activities. You will work in our Cleveland, Ohio office. This position is 100% in office. There is no remote. Travel to other offices is a possibility.

Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls and route to proper employee
Use document management system to lookup clients
Conduct intake of new clients
Work in front of computer
Help copy/scan documents
Translate phone calls for Spanish speaking clients
Organizing and scheduling appointments.
multi tasking
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
