Office Staff

Our dealership is looking for reliable and organized Office staff to support our daily office operations. These positions play an important role in keeping our administrative and accounting processes running efficiently behind the scenes.

The ideal candidates are individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, pay close attention to detail, and are comfortable handling a variety of office responsibilities throughout the day.

The jobs could entail:

Account Payables andreceivables
Title Clerks
Filing and other positions

What You’ll Do

Assistwithaccounts payable and accounts receivableprocessing
Post payments, invoices, andmaintainaccuratefinancial records
Support dealership paperwork and general office documentation
File, scan, and organize deal jackets and accounting records
Answer incoming calls andassistcustomers or staff as needed
Provide administrative support to management, sales, and service departments
Helpmaintainorganized office systems and supplies

What We’re Looking For

Basic understanding ofpayables, receivables, or bookkeeping practicesis helpful
Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
Professional communication skills and team-oriented attitude
