Lake Auto Group is searching for a top-performing, experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for a proven automotive professional with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing performance, and maintaining the highest level of integrity and compliance.

What You'll Do

Guide customers through financing and protection options with professionalism and transparency.
Secure competitive financing through our network of lending partners.
Present vehicle protection products, warranties, GAP, and other aftermarket offerings while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.
Build strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners.
Consistently achieve performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager is required.
A history of top performance with strong product penetration, finance performance, and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership finance processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High ethical standards and commitment to doing what's right for the customer.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
A self-motivated professional who is driven to win and committed to continuous improvement.
