Join Our Team

Waldoch Crafts, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in accounting and finance. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a General Accounting Clerk, you will support the daily operations of the accounting department by assisting with:

Processing accounts payable invoices
Assisting with accounts receivable and customer payments
Entering and maintaining accounting data accurately
Reconciling vendor statements and account balances
Preparing deposits and processing payments
Filing and maintaining accounting records
Assisting with month-end closing activities
Responding to vendor and customer inquiries
Supporting other administrative and accounting functions as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred but not required
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous office or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required
