Full Job Description

CUSTOM BY KUNTZ is a custom home remodeling and renovation company that is looking to add an experienced cabinet maker/woodworker to our amazing, family-oriented crew. We offer consistent employment throughout the year with jobs set during regular business hours. While some woodworking experience is required, we are a mentorship-focused employer who are open to training and building the skills of our team.

Key Requirements:

1+ years of woodshop/cabinetry shop experience
Proficient with woodworking machinery (ex. shaper, table saw, routers, etc)
CNC experience not required, but is a plus
Cabinetry finishing experience (spraying, staining, etc)
Experience with cabinetry installation
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship
Adherence to safety protocols
Valid driver's license and have access to dependable transportation
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occassionally
Reliable and consistent
Ability to work independently
Passion for carpentry and woodworking

Key Responsibilities:

Support woodshop team with fabrication and finishing of custom woodworking products, including vanities, doors, built-ins, kitchen cabinets, shelving, etc.
