Join Our Kitchen Team!

Blue Line Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking Prep Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food while helping keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that serves great food with outstanding customer service, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, measuring, and portioning food.
Assist cooks by ensuring ingredients are ready before each shift.
Prepare sauces, soups, salads, and other menu items according to recipes.
Label, date, rotate, and properly store food items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory.
Help with additional kitchen duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow recipes and directions.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
