Full Job Description

Job Title: Onsite Supervisor/Coordinator

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, possible weekends and OT(Days off would shift through the week in this instance) 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for Intake Employee Start Dates, and 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for non-intake dates. Flexibility is needed.

NOTE: This coordinator role will manage the temporary staff at our client location in Romeoville as well as the staff and client relationship. This role also has recruiting/onboarding for your shift as part of the role, and travel 1-2 times per week to other locations in Lemont, Boilingbrook, Lockport, and Woodridge. The travel will be to onboard and welcome new staff to the locations. This role has variety between supervising staff, relationship building, using Ai Recruiting tools, Google Sheets, ATS TempWorks, and our proprietary Workforce Planning App.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Onsite Supervisor/Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of temporary staff at a client warehouse facility. This role acts as the primary liaison between the client and J&T ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong workforce performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership, and is focused on client satisfaction and workforce productivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage the growth and maturity of an onsite staffing account
Supervise Onsite Leads and temporary workforce assigned to the client warehouse
Ensure 100% compliance and fulfillment of client job orders
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management
Recruit/Onboard and welcome staff to the primary and other locations
Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction through quality oversight of temporary workers’ performance
Collaborate with Staffing Supervisors to recruit, onboard, and train warehouse associates
Work closely with the next level manager to implement work procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll and invoicing processes
Generate and deliver client reports as requested by upper management
Proactively suggest value-added services to support client retention and operational efficiency
Provide support during client peak periods and cover staffing gaps as needed
Work extended hours as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in warehouse operations or onsite staffing supervision preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to recruit and onboard high levels of staff for our valued clients
Ability to travel to locations for onboarding new staff
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management systems is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
