Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking organized, professional, and dependable Administrative Assistants to join our team for opportunities with a variety of reputable client companies. Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary depending on the client assignment but can include:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Greeting customers, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Preparing reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Assisting with payroll, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping functions.
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Supporting managers and team members with administrative tasks.
Maintaining confidential information with discretion.
Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Completing additional office duties as assigned by the client.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different office environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or ERP software.
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience working in fast-paced office settings.
