Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Olympia Gymnastics & Tumbling - Missouri City, TX

Job Type: Part-Time (10-20 hours)

Reports to: Office Manager

About Us: Olympia Gymnastics & Tumbling is a 30,000 sq ft state of the art gymnastics & tumbling facility dedicated to nurturing young athletes in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality gymnastics instruction that fosters physical, social, and emotional development in children of all ages. Our preschool gymnastics program is designed to introduce young children to the world of gymnastics through playful, age-appropriate activities & skills.

Job Overview: We are seeking someone who is interested in long term position, we are not looking for summer positions or season applicants at this time. We are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator/Office Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

While this position does involve working with computers and administrative tasks, it is not a traditional desk job. Candidates must be comfortable with a fast-paced, active environment. This role requires:

Standing and moving throughout the facility for extended periods of time
Light to moderate lifting (up to [50 lbs]) as needed
Mobility to assist with program operations and staff/athlete needs
A high level of energy and adaptability throughout the workday

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries.
Manage class registrations, payments, and scheduling using our software system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and general support to the Office Manager.
Provide support to coaches and staff with any operational needs.
Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.
Assist with social media updates, newsletters, and other communications as needed.
Handle other office-related tasks as directed by the management team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or office environment preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Experience working in a gymnastics or sports-related environment is a plus but not required.

Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required.
