Join Our Team as an In-Home Caregiver (HCA)!

We, at A Better Solution In Home Care, are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. If you're bilingual in Spanish/English and based in Pasadena, CA, this is your chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

A Better Solution In Home Care is dedicated to providing personalized care solutions that enhance the quality of life for our clients. Our mission is to allow individuals to live comfortably and safely in their homes, with care provided by a team known for compassion and commitment.

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and empathetic HCA Caregiver to support clients in Pasadena, CA. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage personal commitments while doing meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide compassionate care and support tailored to individual memory care needs.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with safe mobility and client transfers.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in home care, especially with dementia or Alzheimer's patients (required).
Bilingual in Spanish (required).
Valid CPR Certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to assist with client mobility and transfers.
Reliable transportation; having a car is a plus.
