About Us:

Boho Hair Salon is looking for a dependable receptionist to join our Front of House team. We are looking for someone passionate about the beauty industry, eager to take initiative and help others, and excited to grow in a salon that values strong culture, teamwork, and ambition.

We are looking for someone who is a great culture fit, goal-oriented, and ready to grow within The Boho Brand.

Position Summary:

The Salon Receptionist is the first face our clients see and ensures that the salon schedule and experience run smoothly. The Salon Receptionist has strong organizational skills and is a friendly team player who is highly motivated to maintain and help elevate existing salon systems. The Salon Receptionist sets the tone for a positive atmosphere and embodies The Boho Brand culture and values.

What We are Looking for:

Be the leading example of The Boho Brand in: Attitude, Hospitality and Professionalism.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cross-departmental communication and support.

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

Lead scheduling guests and any changes through our salon system

The candidate is professional and exudes and understands our aesthetic from head to toe. Understands trends. Has a deep love for the beauty industry ( hair, skin, and wellness)

The Front of House is responsible for maintaining a clean front of house space, ensuring all guests are checked in and offered beverages, hanging guests coats, communicating if a stylist is running behind/ early, and much more.
Experience as a receptionist or in a salon environment is preferred
