Overview
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations in our pizzeria. In this pivotal role, you will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your expertise in food service management, team supervision, and customer relations will drive the success of our establishment and foster memorable dining experiences.

Duties

Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and ensuring adherence to service standards
Train, develop, and mentor staff on food handling, customer service techniques, POS systems (such as Toast), and food safety protocols
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at shift end
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and proper food handling practices
Collaborate with kitchen management on food preparation coordination, catering events, and banquet services when applicable
Manage guest feedback promptly to resolve issues efficiently and uphold our reputation for excellent hospitality

Experience

Proven management experience in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities
Extensive background in food service management within casual dining or fine dining settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices in the food industry
Experience supervising staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and leading teams effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations smoothly in a high-volume restaurant setting
Prior hospitality or hotel experience is a plus; culinary experience or barista/coffee expertise is beneficial
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency
