Corporate Controller
Ready to step into a high-impact Corporate Controller role where you'll own the full accounting function, lead strategic financial reporting, and partner directly with executive leadership? This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing accounting leader looking to drive results, influence business decisions, and lead a tenured finance team within a stable organization.

Salary: $140,000-$160,000

Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Controller:

Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, Tax, and Cash Management.
Oversee month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting within established timelines.
Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.
Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Manage internal controls, risk mitigation efforts, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance personnel while managing departmental objectives and performance.

Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
10+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
7+ years of accounting leadership experience managing AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, and CAPEX functions.
7+ years of SAP experience; CPA and Master's degree preferred.
