Job Title: Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Receptionist

Location: 1603 S. 3rd Street, Mount Vernon WA and 12 Bellwether Way Suite 240, Bellingham, WA.

Position Type: Part-time

Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 2pm

With some flexibility to stay later or cover for coworker occasionally.

About Us: Cascade Neuropsychology is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients and maintaining a supportive and efficient workplace. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Receptionist.

Job Description: The Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional client service, and efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in both English and Spanish
Manage referrals and ensure proper documentation
Handle Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and address related inquiries
Assist with pharmacy coordination and communications
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Perform basic technical troubleshooting including resetting routers and navigating Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ensure efficient and accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management
Work autonomously without making assumptions and show initiative in problem-solving
Ability and willingness to provide coverage at our Bellingham, WA location.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stay busy and manage multiple tasks effectively
Autonomous and proactive with an eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other essential computer skills
Familiarity with EOBs and pharmacy coordination is a plus
Experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
Reliable transportation

Benefits:

Pay range of $21.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience.
